This policy explains what happens to the details you send us through this website. In short: we only use them to reply to you, and we never sell them or pass them on for marketing.
Who we are
Hotspot Studio is a web design business based in West Lothian. We’re responsible for the personal details you send us.
You can contact us about anything in this policy at hotspotstudio756@gmail.com.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through the enquiry form: your name, business name, email address, phone number, current website and your message.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote. If you go on to work with us, we’ll also use them to keep in touch about your project.
Who else sees it
- Our enquiry form is run by Web3Forms, which passes your message on to our email inbox.
- This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which may keep basic technical records, such as IP addresses, to keep the site running securely.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as we need them. If an enquiry doesn’t lead to any work, we delete it within 12 months.
